Kids & Family yoga classes and Yoga games for families


Jeanette Runnings has been a pediatric Occupational therapist for over 20 years working to help special children meet their full potential. Her experience includes working with children with Autism, Down syndrome, Cerebral palsy, Learning disabilities and ADD/ADHD.  Yoga has been an interest of hers for several years.  She has been trained in children's yoga and has been teaching kids/family yoga classes since 2005.  She developed the Yoga-Yingo game series to be used in daycares, schools, homes and in children's yoga classes.  They are a good introduction to those new to yoga but provide fun and challenge even to the child who is more advanced.
