In this year’s legislative session, the ICNH members and friends were called to action and asked to renew their commitment to health freedom by contacting their legislators and attending committee hearings in an effort to amend SB 1425 --a bill written to create a monopoly in the power structure of the Naturopathic Licensing Board. Through their efforts, SB 1425 was successfully amended to allow for the creation of a fair and balanced licensing board.  It passed the House & Senate on March 31, 2008 and was signed into law on April 11, 2008 by Governor Butch Otter.  Read the full story here!
 

OUR MISSION:

Protect and defend our natural health care freedoms, including the Naturopathic Licensure Act of 2005, which currently serves Idaho non-licensed natural health care practitioners and all Idaho citizens who want the freedom to choose natural health care alternatives.

Build and support a strong and extensive natural health care outreach program to benefit both natural health care practitioners and the natural health care community.

Educate Idaho about natural health care products and services and legislation.

The Idaho Coalition for Natural Health (ICNH) is a State Chapter of the Coalition for Natural Health.  ICNH works to protect the freedom of access to natural health care in Idaho.  Find out more about us!

The success of the ICNH is based strictly upon volunteers.  We would like to thank all of those who have volunteered time to the ICNH and have made a significant difference in Idaho's natural health care community. 

Our Annual General Meeting will be in June!  We have some board positions up for nomination.  Now is YOUR chance to make a difference in the natural health care community!  Nominate someone - or nominate yourself!

You do not have to be on the Board to volunteer time.  We appreciate any amount of time that can be given - whether it be an hour or several!
